These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Veedly (the "Platform"). By creating an account or using Veedly, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using Veedly on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using Veedly, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Veedly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.
Veedly’s name, logo, design and software are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be used without permission.
Certain features — such as Ignite promotions or vendor verification — may require payment. Fees, billing terms and refund eligibility are disclosed at the point of purchase and are subject to the applicable pricing policy.
You may stop using Veedly at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or conduct that harms the Platform or its users.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Veedly is a discovery and coordination platform and is not a party to agreements between users and vendors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veedly is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
