How do I create a Veedly account?

Tap “Get Started”, enter your name, email and a password, then verify your email via the link we send. You can also sign up instantly with Google.

How do I find and contact vendors?

Browse the Vendors page or Explore map, filter by category and location, open a vendor’s profile, and use the message button to send an enquiry directly.

What are Moments, Highlights and Showcases?

Moments are photos you share from celebrations, Highlights are cinematic video reels, and Showcases are premium vendor portfolios. Together they make up your Veedly feed.

Is Veedly free to use?

Yes — creating an account, discovering vendors and sharing celebrations is free. Optional paid features like Ignite (for vendors) and verification are clearly labeled.

How do I register as a vendor?

Use “Login as Vendor” or visit the vendor signup, complete the multi-step registration with your business details and categories, and submit for admin review.

How do I control who sees my content?

In Settings you can switch to a private account and set post-level visibility. Private accounts approve follow requests before content is shared.

What is Ignite?

Ignite lets vendors boost the visibility of a single Showcase or Highlight so it reaches more of the right audience, while keeping recommendations relevant.

How do I delete or recover my account?

Accepted Answer

You can delete your account anytime from Settings. Deleted accounts enter a recovery window — simply sign in again during that period to restore your account.
